A gas smell was detected in parts of the school on Oct.23, 2017. Students, faculty, and parents have been assured by the administration that there is no actual danger presented, but persons who are concerned with their health are encouraged to visit the clinic. The fuel pipe emitting the smell is currently being worked on. The scent is being caused by a natural gas omission in the boiler room area.  The smell is not very pleasant.“ [It] smells like sandpaper against drywall,” said Caleb Meyer, ’21.
